Ethereum Foundation has announced the fourth wave of subsidies granted to 20 different persons and entities operating on Blockchain Ethereum, about which the foundation informed in a press release.

According to the announcement, the total number of prizes exceeds $ 3 million. The largest subsidies worth $ 500,000 have been transferred to Prysmatic Labs and Status. Both companies are working on the creation of the Ethereum 2.0 ecosystem, announced for the first time by co-founder Vitalik Buterin in November 2017.

Awarded with grants, they were divided in terms of how they contributed to the development of the network, eg scalability, usability and security. SpankChain adult entertainment platform has received a $ 420,000 grant to develop an open source SDK (software developer kit). Other large grants went to the companies Prototypal and Finality Labs - for the first, to conduct research in the front-end state channel, and for the second, to develop fixed-term contracts.

In the announcement Ethereum team also expressed gratitude to members of the community, promising to increase their involvement in network development: "Thanks to all fantastic community members who have submitted their creative ideas to strengthen our ecosystem. We would not have existed without the time and energy that you put in Ethereum. As the program continues to grow, we will increasingly engage more and more community members in decision-making processes".

Let's now take a look at the Ethereum technical picture at the H4 time frame. The market is continuing to trade inside of the consolidation zone between the technical support at the level of $193-$195 and technical resistance at the level of $204-$206. The swing high was established at the level of $215. The global investors await the breakout in either direction, but it is worth to notice, that the larger time frame trend remains down.
